| 8th Police District News- Posted on: - Tuesday, September 23, 2008 The 8th District is also collecting items to send to the troops in Afghanistan. Please support and spread the news of this worth effort. Items are picked up weekly at the district. Items needed include: beef jerky, chips, playing cards, pre-paid phone cards, sunflower seeds, salsa, cookies, peanuts, gum, candy, shaving cream, bath and hand wipes, tooth brush, deodorant, etc.
